Kids ages 4-12 will love this playful introduction to yoga! We will explore some yoga poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation tools together while incorporating yoga games. Yoga helps kids learn to regulate their emotions, calm and center themselves, and teaches self-love and respect for all beings all while making their little bodies healthy and strong.
